THE NASSAU COUNTY CHARTER & ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
The Nassau County Charter is the "constitution" that sets out the powers and duties of each of the many County agencies, their agents and employees. The Charter is the instructional manual for the County Legislature, Judiciary, Executive, and the many agencies that make up Nassau County Government.
