CIVIC ASSOCIATION WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE

Marriage has been defined as the union of one man and one woman since the beginning of time and has been the standard since the founding of our Republic. What is ordained by God cannot be preempted by government and can never be re-defined by the whim of  a politician. It was never about equality but rather the extremism of the minority with the loss of liberty for the majority. 

The effort to pass a homosexual marriage bill on the very last day of the legislative session in the late hours of the night can hardly be described as democratic; it is the definition of tyranny and cowardice.  The People have a right to decide and that choice was withheld. We will continue to fight to defend traditional marriage. We will never give in and never give up.
