Our Mission The Nassau County Civic Association, Inc. (NCCA) is incorporated as a 501 (C) 4 not-for-profit organization. We do not endorse or support candidates for political office. Dues and donations are not tax deductible. The NCCA is in full compliance with IRS annual reporting requirements as verified on September 5, 2019. The NCCA is exempt from registration with the NYS Charities Bureau under Article 7-A of The Executive Law and Section 8-1.4 of the Estates, Powers & Trusts Law.
