Say NO to Syrian Refugees

Is it worth the risk?

In light of the Paris attacks, over 31 Governors have called for a halt to the resettlement of 10,000 Syrian Muslims in the United States yet the President remains defiant and has made it clear that he will move forward. The President dismissed the concerns that terrorists will blend in with the refugees even though ISIS claimed that this is exactly what they have already done and the investigation by French authorities has linked at least two Syrians to the Paris attacks. Unfortunately, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo while ignoring the history of the 911 attacks has side with the President.

Even though the President has claimed that the refugees will be well vetted, what is the definition of well vetted and are the benchmarks that will be used. Considering the lack of honesty on the part of the Syrian government and the lack of a documentary identity trail to follow, it will be based on the information solely provided by these refugees absent any verifiable information. Thus the majority will be allowed to enter the United States. Based on the inability to determine if any of the refugees have terrorist ties, it is therefore reasonable to conclude that ISIS soldiers will slip in. We need to remember that the Paris attacks involved ten participants in the actual series of terrorist acts so missing 1% with nefarious plans is equal to 100 terrorists..

There is ample evidence of the government's failure to vet those seeking asylum and the issue of who has a right to immigrate to the U.S. The FBI has acknowledged over 1000 active investigations of ISIS sympathizers in all fifty states and these are people who are in the United States legally. What makes the President's actions even more egregious is the willful exclusion of Arab Christians who are the target of a campaign of genocide.

The question is simple; Is it worth the risk?
