Senators Vote NO to provide Medical Care to children born
alive after a failed abortion
In a shocking vote, NY Senators Kirsten
Gillibrand and Charles Schumer voted no on the
Born Alive
Abortion Survivors Protection Act which would require that a
doctor provide medical care to a child born alive after a failed
abortion. The act if passed would have required that "any health care
practitioner present" at the time of a birth "exercise the same
degree of professional skill, care, and diligence to preserve
the life and health of the child as a reasonably diligent and
conscientious health care practitioner would render to any other
child born alive at the same gestational age."

VA Gov Seeks to Surpass Butcher of NY Andrew Cuomo for Abortion Barbarism
In seeking to pass Virgina's Repeal Act, Governor Northam (D-VA) discussed how third trimester abortions during labor would be performed “the consent of obviously the mother, with consent of the physician, multiple physicians by the way, and it’s done in cases where there may be severe deformities or there may be a fetus that’s not viable. So in this particular example if a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen, the infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.” His explaination speaks for itself.

Former "Intelligence Officials" Sign Letter, Claim Hunter Biden Emails Likely Part of Russian Disinformation, But Admit No Evidence
A group of fifty former intelligence officials signed a letter claiming that it was their opinion that the Hunter Biden emails were likely part of a Russian disinformation campaign to interfere with the Presidential election. Where have we heard this before. Yet in their letter, they admit they have to evidence of any Russian disinformation, "We want to emphasize that we do not know if the emails, provided to the New York Post by President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, are genuine or not and that we do not have evidence of Russian involvement -- just that our experience makes us deeply suspicious that the Russian government played a significant role in this case." NY Post Story: Joe Biden linked with Hunter Biden's Ukranian Business Dealings
Presidential candidate Joe Biden who has previously denied any knowledge of his son Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings has been contradicted by emails which have been uncovered by the NY Post. The emails show that in 2015, then Vice President Joe Biden was introduced by his son to a top executive, Vadym Pozharskyi who served as an advisor to the Ukrainian energy company Burisma. Less than a year later, Joe Biden pressured the Ukraine government into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company by threatening to withhold a one-billion-dollar loan guarantee. Just call him quid pro quo Joe.

Gov Cuomo, NYC Council Pres Johnson Turn on NYPD to Support Rioters
As we have warned, NY Democrats are increasingly coming out in favor of criminals over hard working New York residents. This is obviously apparent by the decision of Andrew Cuomo to request an investigation by New York Attorney General Letitia James into the NYPD's handling of the riots in Brooklyn. In an effort to seen as "balanced", he also asked that the actions of the rioters be reviewed as well what ever that means. In an effort not be outdone, NYC Council President Cory Johnson also called for an investigation of the NYPD and went so far to claim that the Police "set up like the invasion of Normandy" in their response to rioters. While there were peaceful protesters, there were several seeking to engage in acts of violence including the attempted murder of Police Officers, looting, arson, vandalism and destruction of public property.

like colleges, churches, charities, should they lose their
tax-exempt status if they oppose same-sex marriage?" He went on
to say, "there can be no reward, no benefit, no tax break for
anyone or any institution, any organization in America that
denies the full human rights and the full civil rights of every
single one of us." Then likening disagreement to bigotry, he
said, "So as president, we're going to make that a priority, and
we are going to stop those who are infringing upon the human
rights of our fellow Americans."

Supreme Court Rules to allow new asylum
rules to take effect nationwide
In a
blow to the forces of anarchy and a victory for America, the
Supreme Court today allowed the Trump Administration's new
asylum rules to take effect by lifting an second injunction by
Obama appointed Judge Jon Tigar. The new asylum policy requires
that anyone claiming asylum who is passing through a third
country apply for asylum in that third country. The new policy
was in response to the massive border crisis with 100,000 plus
aliens crossing the border from Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador
and from as far away as Africa, Asia and South America per
month.
